Hi, I'm Kevin Hayden, a business owner, mental health professional, marathon runner, and someone in long-term recovery. I've spent more than 20 years working in mental health, learning about human behavior and what it takes to actually make changes.

But my interest in change goes well beyond my professional work. My own experiences have taught me a great deal about what it takes to change, navigate setbacks, build better systems, and put ideas into practice.

This website is a place to bring those perspectives together and share what I've learned along the way.
